On May 12, director Harmony Korine will present an art exhibition at Gagosian Gallery's Park & 75 location (821 Park Avenue).

Entitled "Shooters," the collection of recent paintings are described by the gallery as "loosely sequential images that echo the sonic and visual leitmotifs of his films." The artist uses squeegees, household paint, brooms, masking tape, and photography to create pieces characterized by their "lifelike randomness and impulsive energy." The exhibition runs through June 21, so you have a little over a month to check it out. For more info, head to the Gagosian Gallery exhibition page.
