Harmony Korine, he of Spring Breakers and Kids fame, directs the latest Dior ad, highlighting its new fragrance "Addict." Featuring a bass-heavy remix of Die Antwoord's "Enter the Ninja," the commercial doesn't stray far from the conventions of other fashion house fragrance ads. A begowned model traipses around a palace before entering another world reminiscent of "Alice in Wonderland" and then whispering the fragrance's catchphrase. The EDM sounds and brief but intensive montage of low-fi grainy footage and somewhat trippy visuals bear Korine's touch, but don't expect anything too flagrant from the Nashville native.
