EngineerBruce Campbellrefused to settle for any ordinary house. Instead, he purchased a retired Boeing 727 (including wings and landing gear) for $220,000 and renovated it to include bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen. He also wired the thing for electricity. This innovative recycled home is located in Portland, Oregon, tucked away into the suburban wooded landscape.
