Fashion houses have had a long history of delving into the architecture game. Robert Cavalli has done restaurants. Moschino and Gucci have designed hotels. But now, FENDI has entered the real estate court with the announcement of its venture into condominiums. And, as expected, the amenities are vibing very fancy.

Partnering up with luxury developer Château Group, the Italian fashion house has released its plans for a 12-story waterfront building complete with 58 exclusive residences in Miami. The designer dwellings, set to be completed in June 2016, will feature a private restaurant, library, business center, ballroom, private movie theater, and state-of-the-art gym.

But don’t be so quick to end your lease; the condos are located in one of the most expensive and prestigious resort destinations in the country and range in price from $5 million to $22 million.

“Characterized by an innovative undulated architecture that echoes the waves, FENDI Château Residences feature expansive waterfront apartments with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Its residences and deluxe amenities combine function along with FENDI-style on a grand scale,” said Manuel Grosskopf, president of Château Group.

This is the first project of its kind for FENDI, but the fashion house has had its hands in interior design offerings through its sub-label FENDI Casa, which will be utilized in the each residency.

Take a look at the plans for FENDI Château Residences below, and try not to hate your apartment after (though there are no guarantees). Head over to the building’s website for additional information.
