The North Face Purple Label's fall/winter 2014 collection will make you feel better about the fact that summer's almost over. The California label presents an array of anoraks, parkas, and vests, as well as the integration of high-performance fabrics, such as Coolmax, Thermolite and Gore-Tex—the kind of materials that will make brick weather survivable (and tolerable). The collection relies heavily on a navy color palette, while small doses of camel, cream, olive green and black are added to the mix.  As always, a wide variety of accessories—backpacks, messenger bags, and totes in nylon, canvas, and denim—are included.

Though The North Face Purple Label's upcoming collection closely resembles last season's offerings, the brand stays true to its expertise in outerwear and rugged yet sleek aesthetic. If you want to pick up this collection, you'll have to make a trip to Japan, or hit up your Japanese connect.
