Calling someone unattractive is usually a pretty mean thing to do, but actor Rowan Atkinson should be used to it by now. One of his most famous characters is a man named Mr. Bean, and Atkinson played up the ugliness for comedic effect. It's those unique facial expressions that made artist Rodney Pike's idea to insert Mr. Bean's face into paintings so perfect. We've seen numerous art history memes in the past couple years that use song lyrics to illustrate what is happening in the painting, but these images are hilarious enough without text.

The images remind us of the series that John Malkovich made with photographer Sandro Miller. Instead of manipulating photos to include the actor's face, Miller reshot images by his favorite photographers using Malkovich as the subject. Both series are slightly disturbing but also awesome for the laughs they provide. To see more of Pike's work, click here and check out his portfolio.
