Just in time for the holiday season, Nike F.C. presents its latest sportswear collection that taps into Berlin’s deep-rooted passion for the sport of soccer.
Described as “a breeding ground of young football stars who have taken their skills from the streets to glory,” the German city has become famous for its distinct style of gritty play that can be attributed to the concrete fields that are often associated with Berlin’s city parks. For this release, Nike F.C. channels that tough street vibe to rework some of its signature performance pieces, modeled by FC Schalke midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng as well as Boateng's brother, and Bayern Munich defender, Jérôme.
Items like the Nike F.C. Glory Tee and Nike F.C. N98 reappear in this collection with a cleaner, more straight-forward look, while new pieces such as the Nike F.C. Scarf, Nike F.C. AW77 Hoodie, and Nike F.C. Stars Top pay homage to Berlin’s bold playing style and the victories it has led to.
