Last month, we saw the lookbook for the 0214 New York collection from up-and-coming menswear label Aimé Leon Dore. Now, we’re getting a look at the clothes set against the backdrop of the city the collection was inspired by in a brand new editorial from the brand.

Designer Teddy Santis worked with photographer Justin Chung to shoot the editorial, which—despite the fact Santis is from Queens—was shot in Harlem. “We wanted to do something that mixes high and low,” Santis told GQ, “something that brings out the elegance in what’s usually thought to be a not so pretty place.” The high-low contrast is also apparent in the styling— peacoats are worn with hoodies, knits with sweatpants, and features models wearing Jordans as is becoming an earmark of all ALD lookbooks.

If this editorial has you inspired to pick up the pieces, there are still limited quantities of certain items available on the Aimé Leon Dore online store, but we’re betting they won’t be around long.
