If you’re in the market for a crib in the San Francisco area, and have millions of dollars burning a hole in your pocket, then you’ll want to check out this new listing.

As part of the unfinished Lumina property, this 14,000-square-foot apartment has just been put up for sale with an astonishing price tag of $49 million. If sold at the asking price, this duplex penthouse will become the most expensive condo ever sold in San Francisco. The current record was set back in 2011 when the St. Regis penthouse was bought for $28 million.

Located in the city’s South Market neighborhood, this two-floor apartment includes five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, two partial baths, two kitchens, 20-foot-tall ceilings, and eight terraces that provide a 360-degree view of the Bay. But that’s not all. Residents will also have access to a slew of envy-inducing amenities, such as music rooms, lounge areas, a lap pool, and a 7,000-square-foot fitness center.

“It would definitely appeal to someone who has a lifestyle that's commensurate with this apartment, who does a lot of hosting or corporate events," listing agent Gregg Lynn of Sotheby's told Business Insider. "Plus there's that sense of grandeur."

Take a look below to see what a $49 million penthouse looks like. You’ll likely never be able to afford a place like this, but you can at least drool over the pictures.
