G-Eazy has teamed up with Ebbets Field Flannels and The Brooklyn Circus designers, Gabe Garcia and Earl Martin, to take his merchandise to a whole new level.
Instead of relying on the typical screen-printed T-shirts with his name on it, G-Eazy has created a high-quality line of clothing that can be worn by anyone. The rapper turned to Ebbets Field Flannels, which is known for producing classic sportswear garments better than anyone, to bring to life his varsity, Coach's jacket, baseball shirt, and snapback. The styles are staples from The Brooklyn Circus' mainline collections, and the designs were kept to a minimum with a black and white palette, a mod-inspired pin-up girl print, and patches that reference G-Eazy's latest album, These Things Happen.
G-Eazy explains why it's important for him to elevate his offerings in the video below. "I feel like as an artist you have this platform to express yourself through clothing and fashion and turn your merch into something of a clothing line," he says. "It's what you represent, what you stand for, your style."
