The Internet is a tricky thing. Sometimes, we Instagram photos we maybe shouldn't have. Case in point: Diane von Furstenberg, who Photoshopped Bruce Jenner's face onto her body, and has since received some flack.
The caption read: "Bruce Jenner... You are the woman you wanted to be! I salute your strength, courage and honesty. By speaking out, you have spoken for so many who suffer... Love Diane @kimkardashian @kendalljenner."
The photo may come across as insensitive, especially given the recent news Jenner revealed during his two-hour long interview with Diane Sawyer,
The designer and president of CFDA has deleted the Instagram photo, and has reassured that there's no malice behind the image. "I admire Bruce Jenner’s strength, courage and honesty and have so much respect for him using his voice to speak for people who have none. I wish him nothing but a lifetime of happiness," she told People following the controversy.
