Back in November, we learned about a woman named Joy Bouldin who became friends with artists including Jean-Michel Basquiat and Andy Warhol in the '80s while working at the club Danceteria. Bouldin had a rare leather jacket, tagged with graffiti by several of the artists who frequented the club, and she sold it with Swann Galleries for over $9,000.

Earlier this week, Bouldin sold more of her custom leather pieces, some of which featured tags by Warhol, Basquiat, Keith HaringFutura 2000, Ad-Rock, Energy, Fab Five Freddy, Zephyr, Dr. Revolt, Cey Adams, and Crash. In the video above, Bouldin talks about her friendships with the artists and shows off the one-of-a-kind pieces of wearable art, most of which sold for thousands at the May 12 Contemporary Art auction. We are very curious to see what else she has stashed away for future auctions.
