Kenzo Is Teaming up With an Acclaimed Director to Develop a Short Film for Its Fall 2015 Collections

Kenzo continues to advertise its collections in inventive ways.

Whether Carol Lim and Humberto Leon are working on Opening Ceremony, the retail shop the duo founded, or Kenzo, the Parisian label they've sat at the helm at since 2011, the pair always presents their new clothes in extremely unique ways. This time Kenzo has hooked up with the acclaimed director Gregg Araki, who directed the critically-lauded Mysterious Skin, to produce a short film for the brand's Fall 2015 collections, WWD reports

The film, entitled Here Now, features familiar names, including Glee's Jacob Artist, and Suburgatory​'s Jane Levy along with Victoria Cox, Jake Weary,Nicole Laliberte, and Avan Jogia. The cast will also be included in Kenzo's Fall print ads. 

Kenzo's previously workied with David Lynch on another trippy video and opened a pop-up shop with a massive digital aquarium. Leon and Lim's other project Opening Ceremony connected with director Spike Jonze to put on a play starring Jonah Hill for its Spring/Summer 2015 show.

The full movie for Kenzo's Fall collection will a total of five minutes and be released here on July 4. You can watch a short teaser for it above.
