Umit Benan just took to Instagram to call out a brand that clearly ripped off his design.

The brand ATCP, which stands for A Tribe Called Peace (we'll let you make your own assumptions about the brand's capacity for original thought) has produced a T-shirt with a graphic that is identical to one used in Umit Benan's tennis-inspired Spring/Summer 2015 collection. The offending T-shirt, posted to ATCP's Instagram, shows the blue and green overhead view of a tennis court. The designer recognized his own creation and pointed it out. "People have no shame to copy !!!" he writes on Instagram while tagging ATCP. "THIS IS NOT an Original #UMITBENAN product."

Brands ripping off designer's unique work is nothing new to the fashion industry. Many fast fashion retailers are guilty of it, most recently Wil Fry accused Forever 21 of stealing his designs, but luxury labels are not immune as KESH also called out Versace for knocking off her clothes
