The next time your ungrateful ass is stressed about what to wear, just remember this bizarre story about a farmer in India.

According to The Mirror, 43-year-old Subal Barman has been living most of his life completely naked. But it’s not exactly a lifestyle choice; Barman can’t wear clothes because it hurts him like hell.

At the age 5, he was diagnosed with a rare medical condition that makes his skin extremely sensitive—so sensitive that wearing any kind of garment will result in an unbearable burning sensation. The dude can’t even sleep under bed sheets, and is forced to take multiple baths a day to soothe the irritation caused by the summer sun. It’s a pretty frustrating condition that could potentially be treated by medication; however, Barman simply can’t afford it, so he has no choice but to accept it—going on with his everyday life completely in the buff.

“My neighbours have fortunately got used to me, they think it’s normal and never complain,” he told The Mirror. “They know I’ve had this issue for years so they leave me be and do not tease me.”

Barman has also come to terms with being a lifelong bachelor, insisting he understands why marriage was never an option.

"No family will allow their daughter to marry me. I know I’m an embarrassment but I have no choice. This is the life I have to live,” he told The Mirror. “I know I’ll be alone forever—this is my destiny. But being sad or depressed about it cannot reduce my problem."

Hey, at least he’s handling it like a champ.
