UPDATE (8/31/15): We now have a first look at Pigalle's new Tokyo location courtesy of Hypebeast. The industrial space was designed by the brand's creative director Stephane Ashpool and features concrete floors and metal piping in place of clothing racks. These harsh fixtures are contrasted with ornate rugs and smooth wood shelving. Check out the images of the space below.

Parisian streetwear brand Pigalle has announced that it is opening up a flagship location in Tokyo, Highsnobiety reports.

The store in Tokyo will be Pigalle's first location outside of Paris, however it's not the brand's first venture in Japan. Pigalle hosted a pop-up store at GYRE Omotesando, Tokyo's shopping area, in 2013.

Pigalle has deep ties to its roots—the brand is named after the neighborhood in Paris where the brand was started and even created a basketball court and league for local kids, who were featured in designer Stéphane Ashpool's latest show. However, given the brand's huge success—Ashpool recently took home the prestigious ANDAM prize—it was only a matter of time before it spread its wings.

Pigalle's Tokyo store will open in the city's Shibuya district on Aug. 30.
