After killing it in the menswear game, Public School designers Dao-Yi Chow and Maxwell Osborne announced that they would be launching women's. Now, after a few seasons, the duo has successfully translated their minimalist streetwear vision for the ladies.

The designers even landed the creative director position for DKNY, in hopes that their urban sensibilities could revive the brand.

Recently, Public School presented their Spring/Summer 2016 collection as part of New York Fashion Week, featuring more of their elevated sporty aesthetic for women, but mixed with a Bohemian vibe offering a strong selection of flowing dresses, long loose outwerwear, and tailored polo shirts.

While most of pieces hit stores for another six months, the designers decided to give early access to their female fans by selling a selection of their pieces in advance. Right now the platform sandal with ribbon detailing that was featured in the show is available for purchase— and more items are expected to come in.
