These days it's pretty common for designers to feature rappers or friends in their fashion shows. Last season, Migos wrapped up the VFILES presentation and before that Travi$ Scott and Danny Brown made their way down Mark McNairy's runway. So, it's not surprising that Virgil Abloh would have his friend A$AP Nast close out his Off-White show in Paris this week. But what is surprising is that the rapper wasn't wearing anything from the new collection, he was wearing his own clothes.
We all know A$AP Nast is a big fan of his own style (he made that clear in his Instagram rant about Travi$ Scott), but he actually came out in a Supreme T-shirt and Palace sweatpants during a fashion show. Though according to Abloh, he did have a Off-White x Midnight Studios tee tied around his head, so I guess he did sport something by the brand.
Clearly, Abloh was cool with it as he shared a photo of the rapper and some of his models on Instagram. He even writes in the caption that his appearance was "more important than the show itself."
