Long before dudes like Jaden Smith and Young Thug were making headlines for rocking women’s clothes, the late, great David Bowie was owning the stage in some of the most extravagant, gender-bending garms. And this weekend, the Manhattan Vintage Clothing Show will pay tribute to him and his progressive style at the Metropolitan Pavilion in Chelsea.

According to The Cut, the event will showcase a range of vintage Bowie looks, including a one-shoulder piece by Kansai Yamamoto, a rainbow-patterned robe from the ‘70s, as well as a third-eye feathered headpiece.

The show—curated by Boardwalk Empire costume designer Lisa Padovani—will also feature pieces inspired by the hit TV series Fargo. It will take place 1 p.m.-8 p.m. this Friday and from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday at 125 W. 18th St. You can click here for more information.
