For the latest installment of its Superdopehypeincredible series, Union Los Angeles spends a day with Jayson Jackson—the man who produced the 2016 Oscar-nominated documentary What Happened, Miss Simone?

Throughout the video, we get a glimpse at Jackson’s everyday life, getting a look at everything from his morning workout session, to a shopping trip at L.A.’s RTH, to getting a quick bite at Gracias Mardre in West Hollywood. It's a pretty chill day, to be honest, but what really makes the episode so intriguing are the anecdotes and tidbits Jackson drops: He recalls a time he regrettably flashed his corporate card to pick up women in L.A.; he reveals which clothes he thinks are the best to wear to Burning Man; and he explains why he ultimately decided to stop working at record companies.

You can check out the full episode above. And be sure to subscribe to Union L.A.’s Youtube channel to catch the next Superdopehypeincredible installment.
