A$AP Rocky is the new face of Dior Homme. Rocky is joined by Kids director Larry Clark, model Dylan Roques, and French actor Rod Paradot in the Willy Vanderperre-shot AW16 campaign. "I really like his personal style and taste," Kris Van Assche, Dior Homme's creative director, toldWWD Tuesday. "He's a real fashion lover."

For Rocky, the chance to lend his distinct brand of personality-driven style to Dior was another chance to blend high-end and streetwear for a truly unique look. "It's all about taking two worlds like streetwear and high-end and kind of mashing them together," Rocky said. "But when it comes to Dior, it's just prestige and elegance in my opinion. It's almost like Coco Chanel was for the lady."

Van Assche selected the latest Dior campaign's face based on one uniting characteristic: subversiveness. "[Rocky] feels like fashion really influences his own work," Van Assche told WWD. "And he has strong opinions on that." The fresh ads will debut in Men's Non-No in Japan July 11, followed by a rollout in the Australian and South Korean versions of GQ.

Rocky recently unveiled a capsule collaboration with J.W. Anderson, sharing exclusive photos of the collection with Complex. Still wondering what the AWGE in that collab stands for? Don't hold your breath. Rocky is clearly intent on maintaining the Fight Club-esque mystery of it all.
