Like all great artists, Tes One’s work is hard to quantify. If it was easy to sum up his style, then odds are it wouldn’t be that interesting, so instead he opts for an aesthetic that cannot be easily labeled. The artistic space where he feels most comfortable operating is one where a number of different disciplines co-exist. “That’s really when my signature started to present itself,” he says, “even to me.”
It makes sense then that the man who can straddle the line between street art and fine art—who can make seemingly disparate things like technology and nature not only co-exist, but inspire—is a fan of the Toyota Prius.
