ComplexCon host committee member Takashi Murakami launches his exhibitionTakashi Murakami: The Octopus Eats Its Own Leg at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago (MCA) today (June 6), and to celebrate ComplexCon has released exclusive and limited merchandise from the legendary artist.

Included in the collection is T-shirts, hats, skate decks, and tote bags, along with a collaborative chair with Modernica only available and sold exclusively via the Frenzy app. You can cop the merch at MCA or at ComplexCon.com.

On a related note, ComplexCon and MCA have also partnered to present On Style: Virgil Abloh and Marc Ecko, a cultural dialogue event to take place July 17 that explores the ways Murakami has inspired creativity and innovation in the fields of contemporary art, design, and high fashion, as well as collaboration between these fields.
